Fucking Brexit

How exactly should I start taking about this, currently unclear, but hopefully by the end of this little piece of writing we will be a little bit closer to grasping what the fuck is going on.

And so we begin… as of 08/04/2019 nobody seems to know what the fuck will happen. UPDATE: 15/04/2019 : They have postponed for another 6 months with the option to exit earlier.

In our last Bexit defined years we have gone through every possible option with no real palpable result and I actually hope that these guys will find the most obscure laws, precedents to try and sell their agenda, be it Brexit, postponement or cancel the fucking circus altogether, and that will be a brilliant continuous source of entertainment. It is mind boggling to see the lengths to which these guys are prepared to go.

I would say that whichever the outcome, people have lost their trust in the government’s ability to represent them and their will. This seems to be the sad reality in the United Kingdom, people are starting to realise it and little signs are starting to poke their head around the corner. Let’s see some examples here…

Since Brexit 4 in 10 Britons feel others are more likely to take part in violent protest

69% of us say our fellow citizens are angrier about politics and society since the referendum

1 in 6 of us have fallen out with relatives or friends over the issue of leaving the EU

6 in 10 Britons believe Government doesn’t listen to “people like them”, regardless of whether they supported remain or leave in the referendum

Two-thirds of us believe the country is on the wrong track

Half of us believe the socio-political system is broken

Both Theresa May and Jeremy Corbyn have suffered significant falls in trust

7 in 10 Britons feel that life is unfair

People are restless. Everyday we are bombarded with articles, interviews and press releases documenting every possible outcome, there is going to be a no-deal Brexit, or a one month, two months, three months extension, a December deadline, or 21 months, or revoke Article 50, second referendum and so on… What the fuuuck… I’ts just so overwhelming. I sure hope these MPs will finally bite the bullet and get on the same fucking page and deliver something. Good or bad there is no way to tell, but what is certain is that not everything will be peachy.

Moving on…(Had Enough Emoji should be here but I don’t know how to do it)

There is much more to say about it but I just don’t want to talk anymore.

And so we can end our little adventure together here, although no closer to understanding anything unfortunately. A major cock-up like this is actually quite hard to quantify.
